Important Information Regarding COVID-19
Dear Patients and Families:
We welcome you and your family! Please know that THE SAFETY OF YOUR FAMILY AND OUR STAFF ARE OUR FIRST PRIORITY. Our goal is to make your visit pleasant and have everything in order for your arrival. For that reason, we request the following:
- Please fill out the ahead of time the forms that are emailed or texted to you.
- If you or your child have a fever or are experiencing any symptoms associated to COVID-19, are awaiting results of a COVID-19 test, or have been exposed recently to COVID-19, please refrain from entering the building and inform us so we can reschedule your child’s appointment.
- The office will be cold, so you may want to bring a jacket or a blanket.
- We look forward to seeing you and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice.
