We value your time. The appointment time is especially reserved for your child. For the preventive care appointments, we send appointment reminders, so you can check your schedule in advance. Please tell us your preference and we will send you the reminders via text, E-mail and/or phone call.

In order for us to better serve you, we ask you to be on time. If you find that you are unable to keep an appointment please give us a 48-hour advance notice. We greatly appreciate it. Changes in the schedule affect many other children that may be in need of treatment or are in pain.
